Always passionate about architecture and drawing, I oriented my studies in these areas. I have more than 20 years of experience in the field of commercial architecture (stores, banks, restaurants, leisure, etc.) and for individuals.
In the different companies in which I have worked, in turn project owner, project manager, general contractor, I have carried out many projects in France and abroad but also managed construction sites (shopping centers, clinics, public markets) in collaboration with architects.
Both creative and technical, I bring a global vision to projects, from design to “turnkey” delivery.
Ecology, eco-responsible construction, short circuits, fostering local and national partnerships, highlighting local craftsmanship … are all approaches that accompany my achievements.
My multiple training in the field of drawing, sustainable construction but also new technologies such as BIM, 3D model, realistic rendering, and my approach to design thinking are all skills made available to the project.
My relationship has allowed the creation of a network of partners throughout France, which brings flexibility and responsiveness.
Today, I decided to found Gwen Studio to support my clients in their project by providing them with my know-how as well as an innovative vision of my profession.
